Your portfolio is sensitive. This app is built to know as little as possible about you and to keep what it does know strictly yours.

✏️ We collect the minimum

Signing up needs only an email and a password. Your name is optional. Tenant details (name, phone) are optional and stored only to help you contact them — nothing about a booking is required beyond dates and an amount.

🧱 Your data is isolated

Every account is fully separated. Each page, action and export is scoped to you — no other user, and no employee you have not invited, can see your units, assets, income or contracts.

🔐 Security

Passwords are hashed (never stored in the clear). Sessions are held as one-way hashes, so even a database leak exposes no usable login. Traffic is encrypted in transit.

🚫 No selling, no sharing

We never sell your data or share it with third parties. Market figures shown in the app are approximate reference averages, not data drawn from your account.

🗑️ You are in control

Delete any asset, contract or income record at any time — it is removed for good. Remove a team member and their access ends immediately.
